King looked around. He bent forward and sniffed a bit of food. Nothing good, as usal. Sighing, he turned and kicked the thing away from him. Maggots flew everywhere, but King ducked and avoided them.

The suns rather warm rays beamed down on the open feild, some of them flahing at a rather big rock. Layig on top of it was a dog, rather enhjoying the lovely heat that wamed its ebon and tan fur, which was covered with droplets from the early days bath which was slowly drying. A rather bloody mess was infront, being the remains of a eaten hare, who was taken by suprise not too far from its hole. And still, not too far from that was yet another object. A circular object, called a 'ball' by those of the human race, lay still on the grass, just a little damp from night. It was chew and rotten, used as a chew 'toy' for the canine, who nether seemed to keep eyes off it incase of it being snatched by others of the same race, or maybe even one of the ignorant felines which sometimes also prowled the area. They were meat, yet the sort of meat that was able to fight back, conquer a few sorw noses, or even create great wounds with their small yet sharp fangs, or claws. But, they were never trained to fight, unlike the Pit bull was. Trained by the cruel people who took joy in making canines fight, sometimes even killing. This was bad, yet it sometimes could do good training them, when they escaped, for the harsh city life.

The dog trotted up to her and tossed the chicken back to her paws. "'ere. You deserve it." He said, tail stump wagging behind him as he stood before her. "What's your name, miss? I be Rellik." He lowered himself to his haunches, tail wagging behind him lightly.

The brute yelped, not expecting to land on her paw and stumbled, tripping over himself. Luckily he had braced himself with a sturdy limb and pulled himself to his feet, grabbing the chicken up with a grin, stupy tail wagging happily.
